| Sandy | Sue | Together |
Sandy had been waiting for this moment all week.
The flat was empty, Sue was gone, and she had the entire afternoon to herself. She stood in front of her open wardrobe, her fingers trailing over the fabrics, her heart already fluttering with anticipation. What to wear? It had to be something special, something that would feel amazing when it was soaked through, something that would cling to her in all the right ways.
Her eyes landed on the deep blue silk dress hanging at the front. It was her favorite, the way it shimmered under the light, the way it hugged her curves just right. Perfect. She pulled it from the hanger, running her fingers over the smooth fabric, imagining how it would feel heavy and slick against her skin once the water hit it.
Next, the underlayers. She reached for the black lace corset, the delicate fabric stiff and intricate in her hands. She loved the way it cinched her waist, the way the lace would become almost translucent when wet. Beneath that, she selected a pair of sheer black stockings, the kind that would cling to her legs like a second skin, the lace tops peeking out just above her knees. Yes. This is going to feel incredible.
She laid the dress and corset on the bed, then turned to her jewelry box. The pearl choker caught her eye first, elegant, timeless, the kind of piece that would glisten with water droplets. She fastened it around her neck, the cool pearls resting against her collarbone. Next, the dangling silver earrings, their delicate chains catching the light as she moved. They’ll look so good dripping wet.
Finally, the shoes. She pulled out her black leather heels, the ones with the slender straps that wrapped around her ankles. They were impractical for the shower, of course, but that was half the fun, the way the leather would darken and soften, the way the straps would cling to her skin.
Sandy began to dress, each layer building the anticipation. First, the stockings, the sheer fabric sliding up her legs, the lace tops settling just above her knees. Then the corset, the stiff lace molding to her torso as she tightened the ribbons, the fabric pressing against her skin. She slipped the dress over her head, the silk whispering against her body as it settled into place, the hem swirling around her thighs.
She fastened the choker, the pearls cool against her skin, then the earrings, their chains brushing against her neck as she moved. Finally, she stepped into the heels, the leather creaking slightly as she buckled the straps, the shoes lifting her just enough to make her feel powerful, seen.
Sandy turned to the mirror, taking in her reflection. The dress hugged her curves, the corset cinching her waist, the stockings and heels completing the look. She looked elegant. Expensive. Untouchable.
And in a few minutes, she’d be none of those things.
The thought sent a thrill through her. She could already imagine it, the way the silk would cling, the way the lace would darken, the way the water would drip from the pearls, the way the leather of her heels would squelch with every step.
She turned on the shower, adjusting the temperature until the water was warm, inviting. She stepped in, fully dressed, and let the spray hit her.
The transformation was instant.
The silk dress clung to her, the fabric turning dark and heavy, molding to her body like a lover’s hands. The corset beneath grew slick, the lace pressing against her skin, the ribbons loosening slightly as the water soaked through. The stockings clung to her legs, the lace tops now visible through the damp fabric of her dress. The pearls at her throat and ears grew cool, water droplets clinging to them, catching the light as she moved.
Sandy closed her eyes, her breath hitching as the water cascaded over her, the weight of her clothes dragging deliciously against her skin.
The sensation was heavenly. The pearls at her neck and ears grew cool, droplets clinging to them like tiny diamonds. Sandy closed her eyes, her breath hitching as the water soaked through every layer, the weight of the fabric dragging deliciously against her skin.
She turned, letting the water cascade over her, her fingers tracing the way the dress now clung to her hips, her waist. This is bliss.
Sandy froze as the bathroom door swung open, her heart pounding in her chest. Sue stood there, keys in hand, her bag slung over her shoulder, her expression a mix of shock and utter bewilderment.
"Sandy? What the hell are you doing?"
Sandy’s cheeks burned, but she didn’t flinch. Water dripped from her hair, her dress clinging to her like a second skin, the pearls at her throat glistening.
"Sue! I, I thought you were out for the day!"
Sue’s eyes widened as she took in the scene, the elegant dress, the stockings, the way Sandy’s hair was plastered to her face, the water pooling around her heels.
"I was supposed to be! My train got cancelled, so I came back for my laptop. But what are you doing?"
Sandy exhaled, her fingers twisting the damp fabric of her skirt. There was no point in lying now. "I like getting my clothes wet," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.
Sue blinked. "You like ruining your clothes?"
"Not ruining," Sandy corrected, her confidence returning as she stepped out of the shower, water dripping from the hem of her dress, her heels squelching slightly with every step. "Just soaking, it's no worse than washing them. There’s something amazing about it, the way the fabric clings, the weight of it, the way it feels against your skin." She gestured to herself, the dress now effectively see-through in places, the lace corset beneath just visible. "It’s… liberating."
Sue crossed her arms, her scepticism written all over her face. "Liberating? Sandy, you’re standing there in a thousand-pound dress, completely drenched. That’s not freeing, that’s insane."
Sandy grinned, approaching Sue, her wet shoes leaving dark prints on the tiles. "You should try it. Just once. I swear, you’ll understand."
Sue shook her head, backing up slightly. "No way. I’m not ruining my clothes for some weird water fetish."
Sandy’s eyes sparkled with mischief. "Who said anything about your clothes? You can wear some of mine."
Sandy grinned as Sue realised she been out manoeuvred, refusing to ruin her clothes was her best defence.
"You're going to love it." Sandy said, already rummaging through her wardrobe. "If we're doing this, we're doing it right."
Sue crossed her arms, eyeing the array of dresses, skirts, and blouses Sandy had pulled out. "What does 'right' even mean in this context?"
"Something spectacular, something as far removed from swimwear as possible." Sandy held up a deep burgundy velvet dress with a mischievous glint in her eye. "This. It’s perfect for getting soaked. Velvet clings in all the right ways, and the colour gets richer when it’s wet."
Sue raised an eyebrow. "That’s a winter dress. It’s heavy. And warm. And, "
"And gorgeous," Sandy interrupted, pressing it into Sue’s hands. "Trust me. It'll feel fantastic."
Sue sighed, holding it up against herself. "Fine. But if I’m wearing this, I’m not wearing that underneath." She pointed at the red lace corset Sandy had laid out.
Sandy pouted. "But the corset is half the fun! The lace gets all clingy and, "
"Nope. No way." Sue shook her head firmly. "I’ll keep my underwear as is, and that’s final."
Sandy rolled her eyes but didn’t argue. "Fine. But at least let me pick the shoes."
Sue groaned. "You’re insane."
Sandy ignored her, diving back into her wardrobe and emerging with a pair of knee-high black leather boots with a slight heel. "These. They’re waterproof-ish, and they’ll look amazing soaked."
Sue stared at the boots, then at Sandy. "You’re really committed to this, aren’t you?"
Sandy grinned. "Oh, you have no idea."
Ten minutes later, Sue stood in front of the mirror, adjusting the velvet dress. It hugged her curves in a way she hadn’t expected, the fabric rich and heavy against her skin. Her bra and briefs were comfortable, and the boots, well, they did look good. She had to admit, she felt… elegant. Which was ridiculous, considering what she was about to do.
Sandy, already dripping from her earlier shower session, watched Sue with a smug smile. "See? You look amazing."
Sue shot her a look. "I look like I’m about to ruin a perfectly good outfit."
Sandy laughed, stepping closer and adjusting the neckline of Sue’s dress. "No, you look like you’re about to have the best shower of your life."
Sue sighed, shaking her head. "I can’t believe I let you talk me into this."
Sandy’s grin widened. "Oh, you’ll thank me. Now come on, last one in is a rotten egg!"
Sue hesitated, then followed Sandy into the bathroom, the boots squeaking slightly on the tiles. The shower was still running, steam filling the room. Sue stood just outside the shower’s spray, her arms crossed, unable to take the final step. The velvet dress felt rich against her skin, the boots snug around her calves, but the idea of deliberately soaking herself still felt absurd. She turned to face Sandy, her expression almost pleading, as if hoping she would announce it was all a joke and call the whole thing off.
"Come on, get in, let's get that dress soaked."
"I’m not just jumping in there like some kind of maniac," Sue declared, nodding toward the running shower. "I’m going to test this."
Sandy grinned, leaning against the tiled wall, her own dress still clinging to her from her earlier shower. "Test away. But I’m telling you, once you start, you won’t want to stop."
Sue rolled her eyes but extended one booted foot under the stream of water. The leather darkened instantly, the cool water seeping into the stitching. She gasped slightly as the sensation registered, the way the boot hugged her foot more tightly, the water trickling down into the sole. "Okay… that’s… different," she admitted, her voice hesitant but intrigued.
Sandy smirked. "Different good or different bad?"
"Different different." Sue placed her other foot in the shower, a bit further in so that the boot filled up with water. The leather grew slick, the weight of the water inside making her foot feel heavier, more grounded. "It’s… not bad," she conceded, a reluctant smile tugging at her lips. "Actually, it’s kind of… nice. The way it clings."
Sandy’s eyes sparkled. "Told you. Now try the hem of your dress."
Sue hesitated, then lifted the edge of the velvet skirt, letting the water cascade over the fabric. The water beading on the surface before soaking in, the velvet fabric growing darker, heavier, cooler. Sandy’s voice was triumphant. "Now the other side."
Sue obeyed, letting the water hit the other side of her skirt. The dress began to cling to her legs, the velvet transforming from structured elegance to something more sensual, more alive. She let out a breath she hadn’t realised she was holding. "Oh. That feels… really nice, It’s like the fabric is molding to me," she murmured, her fingers smoothing her damp skirt. Sandy nodded encouragingly. "Now the sleeves."
Sue bit her lip but extended her arm, letting the water run over the velvet sleeve. The fabric darkened, the water dripping from her fingertips. She could feel the coolness spreading up her arm, the material growing heavier, more intimate. "It’s… weirdly relaxing," she admitted, her voice softer now, less guarded.
"Now the other sleeve," Sandy urged, her own excitement palpable.
Sue repeated the motion, the water soaking the second sleeve, the dress now clinging to her arms, her torso, the weight of it dragging deliciously against her skin. She laughed softly, shaking her head. "I can’t believe I’m doing this."
Sandy stepped closer, her voice a whisper. "Now the hair."
Sue hesitated, her fingers brushing against the dry strands. "That’s a big step."
"Trust me," Sandy said, her eyes shining. "It’s the best part."
Sue took a deep breath, then tilted her head back, letting the water cascade over her hair. The strands darkened instantly, the water dripping down her face, her neck, soaking into the velvet at her shoulders. She gasped as the coolness spread, the dress now clinging to her like a second skin, the weight of it enveloping her.
"Oh my God," she breathed, her eyes fluttering closed. "That’s amazing."
Sandy didn’t say anything. She didn’t need to. Sue stepped fully under the spray, letting the water soak her completely, the velvet dress now a deep, glossy burgundy, the boots squelching slightly with every movement. She laughed, her hands running over the damp fabric, the way it clung to her curves, the way it made her feel alive.
When she finally opened her eyes, Sandy was watching her, a knowing smile on her lips. "So?" she asked, though she already knew the answer.
Sue grinned, water dripping from her chin. "Okay. You were right. This is incredible."
"I always am."
Sue stood under the spray, oblivious to the world, the water flowing through her dress and trickling into her underwear was stirring interesting sensations.
"Mind if I join you?" Sandy’s voice, playful, her tone teasing, snapped her back to the real world.
Sue turned to see Sandy squeezing into the small cubicle with her. The space was tight, their bodies pressing together as the water continued to pour over them. Sue gasped as Sandy’s damp silk dress brushed against her velvet, the two fabrics slick and cool between them.
"Sorry," Sandy laughed, her arms wrapping around Sue to steady herself. "It’s a bit of a squeeze."
Sue couldn’t help but laugh, her hands finding Sandy’s waist as they pressed together, the water streaming over both of them. "You’re insane," she said, but there was no heat in her words, just amusement, and something else, something warmer.
Sandy grinned, her fingers tracing the damp velvet at Sue’s waist. "But you’re loving it."
Sue exhaled, her head tilting back slightly as the water cascaded over her face. "I am," she admitted, her voice soft. "Thank you for talking me into this. I had no idea it could feel like… this." Sandy’s smile softened. "What does it feel like?"
Sue closed her eyes, her fingers tightening slightly on Sandy’s waist as she searched for the words. "The water… it’s like it’s flowing through everything. The velvet is so heavy now, clinging to me, and the water just… seeps into it, like it’s becoming part of the fabric. And my underwear, " She hesitated, her cheeks flushing slightly, but she didn’t stop.
"It’s soaked through, but it’s not uncomfortable. It’s… intimate. Like the water is touching me everywhere, but through the fabric. It’s warm and cool at the same time, and the way it all clings…" She shook her head, laughing softly. "I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s incredible."
Sandy’s hands slid up Sue’s arms, her thumbs brushing over the damp velvet at her shoulders. "I told you," she murmured, her voice warm. "There’s something about it, isn’t there? The way it makes you feel so… present."
Sue nodded, her eyes opening to meet Sandy’s. "Yeah. It’s like nothing else matters."
Sandy’s smile was soft, her gaze locked on Sue’s. "Exactly."
For a moment, they just stood there, the water pouring over them, their bodies pressed together in the small cubicle. The velvet and silk clung to them, the boots squelching slightly with every movement, the steam rising around them. And for the first time, Sue didn’t feel ridiculous or hesitant. She felt free.
Sandy’s fingers continued to wander over Sue's drenched dress, her voice soft but playful. "You know what would make this even better?"
Sue raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging at her lips. "Tell me?"
Sandy reached for the bottle of shampoo on the shelf, her grin widening. "Let me wash your hair."
Sue hesitated for just a second, then nodded, turning slightly to give Sandy access. "Okay. But I get to return the favour."
Sandy’s laughter was warm as she squeezed a dollop of shampoo into her palm. "Deal."
Her fingers worked through Sue’s hair, massaging her scalp with slow, deliberate movements. The shampoo lathered quickly, the scent of coconut filling the steamy air as Sandy’s nails grazed gently against Sue’s skin. Sue closed her eyes, a soft sigh escaping her lips. "That feels amazing," she murmured, her body relaxing into Sandy’s touch.
"Your turn," Sandy said after rinsing her hands, turning so Sue could reach her hair.
Sue took her time, her fingers working through Sandy’s dark strands, the shampoo foaming as she massaged her scalp. Sandy leaned into her touch, her own sigh mingling with the sound of the water. "You’re good at this," she admitted, her voice husky.
Sue chuckled. "Beginner’s luck."
Once their hair was thoroughly lathered, Sandy reached for the shampoo again, her eyes glinting with mischief. "Now for the dresses."
Sue’s laughter rang out as Sandy began lathering the velvet fabric of her dress, her fingers working the shampoo into the rich material.
"You’re insane," Sue said, but she didn’t stop her. Instead, she mirrored Sandy’s actions, her hands rubbing shampoo into the silk of Sandy’s dress, the fabric growing slick and sudsy under her touch.
They rinsed each other off, the water cascading over the dresses, washing away the shampoo until the fabric was free of suds. The velvet and silk clung to them, heavier now, the water dripping from the hems.
Finally, Sandy turned off the shower, the sudden silence broken only by their breathless laughter. "I think we’ve officially ruined these dresses," she said, her fingers hooking under the straps of her silk dress.
Sue grinned, peeling the velvet from her skin. "Worth it."
Sandy laughed, "Worth it? Those are my clothes you're ruining, next time we'll destroy something from your wardrobe."
They let the dresses drop to the floor in a wet, tangled heap, then stepped out of the shower, their underwear clinging to them, dripping water onto the tiles. Sue’s boots squelched with every step, the leather dark and slick, while Sandy’s heels left small puddles in their wake.
"Well," Sue said, her voice teasing as she wrung out her hair, "this was… an experience."
Sandy laughed, her hand finding Sue’s waist as they walked toward their bedrooms. "One we should definitely repeat."
Sue shook her head, but she was smiling. "You’re impossible."
Sandy’s grin was unrepentant. "And yet, you loved every second."
Sue couldn’t argue with that. She had.
